They only appear on the website of **Marta Lozano Gordillo **for promotional and information-gathering purposes. These owners may request the modification or removal of the information belonging to them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Conditions of use of the portal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3.1 General<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The User undertakes to use the Portal correctly in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. Consequently, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled or become inaccessible, prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Marta Lozano Gordillo<\/strong> shall not be liable for any damages of any kind caused to the User as a result of failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Portal service during its provision or beforehand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.4 Contents and services linked through the Portal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Portal access service includes technical linking devices, directories and even search tools that allow the User to access other Internet pages and portals (hereinafter, \u2018Linked Sites\u2019). In these cases, <strong>Marta Lozano Gordillo<\/strong> acts as an intermediary service provider in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34\/2002, of 12 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and shall only be liable for the contents and services supplied on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of their unlawfulness and has not disabled the link with due diligence.
